Within 24 hours, a member of our recruitment team will contact you to further discuss your request and learn more about your business. Once we’ve understood your requirements, we’ll identify the top 3 candidates who are a best fit for your business from our talent pool.

Selecting The Perfect Match For Your Business

Once we have identified candidates who best fit your business, we will contact you and organise an interview. You will meet each candidate, assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for your team. When you find the right candidate, we will proceed to hire and begin the onboarding process. If you are not satisfied with candidates, we will keep searching until we find the right fit for you. There are no obligations on your part or costs involved.

Charges When You Hire Someone

When you hire someone, Shasha (SOS) will charge you a one-time set up fee.
From then on, you will be paying us a flat-rate fee per month based on services offered. There are no hidden/additional costs associated with payroll or insurance cover.

Onboarding And Ongoing Support​

We’ll work with you to assist with the onboarding of new staff.  We also provide ongoing support, this includes:  

  • regular training for staff to keep them up to date with changes in the industry.
  • ongoing support through our team leaders and HR Managers to ensure that a staff member has all the support they need to succeed.
  • a workstation with all the required security to protect your data.
  • great office space in Shawasha, a prestigious and quiet suburb in Harare, Zimbabwe.

Checking In and Keeping Track of Progress​

We assign an account manager to each staff member The account manager is the ‘go to’ person for you. You can also schedule frequent meetings with the Account Manager to discuss the staff member’s performance. The Account Manager will also assist in addressing any issues that may arise between you and the staff member, as promptly as possible.

What Should You Do If A Virtual Team Member Isn’t Suitable?

We suggest that you inform us as soon as possible if your relationship with your staff member isn’t working or if they are not performing their duties to your satisfaction. We’ll act immediately to resolve the situation.

Is The Job For A Set Period Of Time?

There is no contract that specifies the length of time that the staff member will work for you. This means you can hire someone for a month or keep them on for one, five or ten years.

Data Security

We put your data protection first and foremost in all we do. We’ve put in place secure systems to keep your information safe. We use security routers with high ratings that are kept up to date with the current licencing and software.
